Product Availability/Order Confirmation |

Orders and order confirmations do not reflect actual availability of items ordered. We do our best to keep all items in stock. Item(s) and shipping will be charged out at the time of sale. In the event an item is backordered, you will be notified immediately via phone or email. At that point you can either cancel the back ordered item or choose to have it shipped to you at the same or an alternate location. When the item becomes available, it will be shipped to you immediately. You will not incur any additional shipping charges for backordered items. Shipping/Delivery Time |
We do our best to process all orders immediately, but some time is required to process and assemble your order before it actually ships. Please note that shipping time is not the same as total delivery time. Choosing next day does not always mean your order will be delivered the day after you place your order online. Please note we do not ship on weekends and we do not offer Saturday, Sunday, or holiday delivery. Shipments may be delayed during the holiday season and during sale periods. |

International Charges |
Shipping charges are calculated for the United States only. If orders are to be shipped outside the United States, we will notify you with estimated shipping costs by e-mail and/or telephone prior to shipping. We do not offer priority service on International orders. (Separate charges for Customs may also be incurred, but are not included in your shipping costs to Summit Tack.) |

Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii |
Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii must use UPS Next Day or 2nd Day Service. If UPS Ground is selected, we will charge and ship the package using UPS 2nd Day. |
